Help us build and repair our fences!

As part of our Capital Projects Campaign the MGH Special Equestrian Program needs to replace and improve the fencing in front of the Riding Center.  For the safety and health of the horses, the existing fencing needs to be replaced and upgraded.  MGH needs to put in place a system of pasture rotation.  The pastures have been overgrazed and no longer provide the nutritional value the horses need.  By re-configuring the pasture through the use of cross fencing MGH will be able to rotate pastures thus improving the health of the horses.  During the rotation process the pastures will be able to be fertilized and weed control measures taken. This would reduce costs in the areas of feed, supplements and veterinarian bills.
